Jimmy Kyle Patrick Carlisle, infant son of Mr. James Carlisle of Tunica, Miss. and Ms. Michelle Williams of Sarah, Miss., passed away February 26, 2010 at his residence.
Visitation was held Tuesday, March 2 at Ray-Nowell Funeral Home of Senatobia from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services followed visitation at 2:00 p.m. at Ray-Nowell Funeral Home Chapel.
Jimmy Kyle Patrick Carlisle is survived by his parents; one sister, Ashlee Haley of Walls, Miss.; two brothers, Tyler Carlisle of Ashland, Miss. and Jacob Carlisle of Sarah, Miss.; grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Ray-Nowell Funeral Home of Senatobia, Mississippi had charge of arrangements.
Arthur Frank Farmer
Mr. Arthur Frank Farmer, 45, Painter, husband of Mrs. Melanie K. Maxwell Farmer, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at his residence in Coldwater, Miss.
Memorial services were held at Safehaven Baptist Church in Independence, Miss. on Saturday, March 6 at 3:00 p.m. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home of Senatobia had charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Farmer was born March 14, 1964 to Mr. William J. Farmer and Mrs. June Mosley Webb.
Mr. Farmer is survived by his mother, June Webb of Independence, Miss.; his father, William Jim Farmer of Memphis, Tenn.; step father, Horace Webb of Independence, Miss.; his wife, Melanie Maxwell Farmer of Independence, Miss.; two step daughters, Hope and Lauren Hanks both of Independence, Miss.; one son, Arthur J. Farmer-Webb of Independence, Miss.; two brothers, Roger C. Farmer of Independence, Miss. and William T. Farmer of Memphis, Tenn.; one half sister, Ardy Garrison Vargus of Kerrville, Texas; one aunt, Gloria Garrison Blakely of Cloud Croft, N.M.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Jonathan A. Farmer.
Ida Mae Jones
Ida Mae Jones, 107, of Memphis, Tenn., previously of Senatobia, passed away February 26, 2010 at St. Peter Villa Nursing Home in Memphis, Tenn. Funeral services were held graveside at Hammond Hill M.B. Church Cemetery in Senatobia at 12 noon Saturday, March 6. Felix Cauthen Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
She was a life long member of Hammond Hill M.B. Church.
She leaves her son, Joe L. Jones of Memphis, Tenn. and a sister, Bennie Hart of Seattle, Wash.
Holly Branan Koonce
Holly Branan Koonce, 39, of Nesbit, Miss., passed away March 2, 2010 at Baptist DeSoto Hospital in Southaven Services were held Saturday, March 6 at 1:00 p.m. at Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia. Burial followed at Surrette Cemetery in Arkabutla.
She is survived by her sons, Sebastian Crouch, Riley Crouch, and Trevor Crouch, all of Nesbit; her father, Robert E. "Eddie" Branan (Jean) of Arkabutla; her mother, Rosemary Hippensteel (David) of Nesbit; her grandmothers, Pauline Branan of Arkabutla and Rosie Berryhill of Southaven; her sisters, Heidi Hartsfield (Scott) of Atoka, Tenn.; stepsisters, Stacie Whitten (Carl) of Southaven and Sherry Whitney (Todd) of Galvelston, Texas; and her stepbrother, Steve Payne (Bobbie) of Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Bart Branan and her grandfathers, Dallas Branan and Coye Berryhill.
She was a member of Phi Theta Kappa at NWCC where she was also chosen as a Star Student and a member of the 2010 Hall of Fame. She maintained at 4.3 grade average. A scholarship will be made in her honor at NWCC.
