Ezekiel Martrell Bradley, Jr.


Ezekiel Martrell Bradley, Jr., three weeks old, of Senatobia, Miss., died July 12, 2012. Funeral services were held at Rodgers Funeral Home Chapel in Coldwater Thursday, July 19 at 11:00 a.m.

He is survived by his parents, Kattie Denise Conner of Senatobia and Ezekiel Matrell Bradley, Sr. of Senatobia; and grandparents, Ann Conner and Chester Readus of Senatobia, Dorothy Taylor and Joel Bradley of Senatobia, and Rochelle Thomas of Senatobia.


Janice Warren Oberley


Janice Warren Oberley, 79, of Senatobia, Miss., passed away July 16, 2012 at her residence. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 28 at 2:00 p.m. at the family's home.

She is survived by her husband, Gene Oberley of Senatobia; son, Daniel O. Spain of Satartia, Miss.; grandchildren, Brandon Spain and Amy Scott; and great grandchildren, Nathan Spain, Owen Spain, Josh Scott, and Emma Scott.

Mrs. Oberley was a member of Hunter's Chapel United Methodist Church.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia had charge of the arrangements.


James B. Petrea, Jr.



James B. Petrea, Jr., 78, of Senatobia, Miss., passed away July 18, 2012 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto. Services were held Saturday, July 21 at 12:00 noon at Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia. Burial followed in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Petrea taught at Northwest Mississippi Community College for 40 years and was a longtime member of the Civitan.

He is survived by his wife, Augustine Petrea of Senatobia; son, James B. (Tripp) Petrea III of Batesville; and sisters, Jo Alice Chalk of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., and Hattie Robison of Batesville.

Mr. Petrea was a member of Strayhorn Baptist Church.
