Brewer indicted

The Tate County Grand Jury has indicted William Todd Brewer on 23 felony counts, according to Tate County Sheriff Brad Lance.
Brewer has been charged with five counts of fondling, eight counts of sexual battery an 10 counts of child pornography, according to Lance.
Brewer will make his first appearance before the Tate County Circuit Court at a later date.
Investigators with the Tate County Sheriff's Office and Senatobia Police Department arrested Brewer on July 6, 2012. The indictment came on the January 23 session of the grand jury.
Brewer remains in the Tate County Jail without bond.
