Margie Barnett Castle, 58, of Coldwater, Miss., died on Friday, November 16, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto in Southaven.
Margie, an LPN and former employee of Baddour Memorial Center in Senatobia, was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. She was a loving grandmother who loved to fish and work in the yard.
She is survived by three daughters, Destiny Conaway of Coldwater, Miss., Brandi Allen and Amanda Foose, both of St. Joseph, Mo.; one son, Chase Castle of Coldwater, Miss.; three sisters, Susan Tull of Gallatin, Mo., Nancy Cleveland of Senatobia, Miss. and Patricia Lewis of Nesbit, Miss.; four brothers, Robert Barnett of Senatobia, Miss., John Barnett of Red Banks, Miss., David Barnett of Ripley, Tenn., Joe Barnett of Liberty, Mo.; and 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Barnett and Bill Barnett.
Funeral services were held on Monday, November 19, at 1:00 p.m. in the Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home. Visitation was held at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to them to assist with final expenses.

Raymond E. Cooper
Raymond E. cooper, 50, construction worker, of Senatobia, Miss., passed away November 18, 2012 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Funeral services were held at 12 noon Saturday, November 24, at Harris Chapel CME Church in Senatobia. Burial followed at Harris Chapel CME Church Cemetery in Senatobia. Felix Cauthen Funeral Home in Senatobia had charge of the arrangements.
He is survived by his son, Nicholas Cooper of Senatobia; sisters, Dale Cooper, Paula Cox, and Beverly Stigler, all of Senatobia; brothers, Cleophas Cooper of Memphis, Tenn. and Michael Cooper of Ogden, Kan.; and one grandchild, Calden Pipkens of Clarksdale.
James Richard Johnson "JR"
James Richard Johnson "JR", 73, of Senatobia, Miss., passed away Monday, November 19, 2012. Visitation was held 1:30 Wednesday, November 21, at the First Baptist Church of Senatobia. Services followed at 2:30 p.m.
JR was born October 28, 1939, to Carl and Gossie Johnson in Hayti, Mo. He married Dianne Hood of West Point in 1990. He farmed under his father in Missouri, and then moved to the delta to farm in Bolivar and Coahoma County until his retirement. JR was also a very avid Pilot. He owned and managed a mechanic shop in Clarksdale and Ward Antique shop in Senatobia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Gossie Johnson of Shelby; sisters, Faye Miller and Louis Johnson of Lake Village, Ark.; and grandson, JP Borgognoni of Clarksdale.
JR is survived by his wife of 22 years, Dianne Hood Johnson; children, Emily (Allen) Walker of Senatobia, Miss., Marty (Tom) Randall of Steens, Miss., Chris (Heidi) Hood of Greer, S.C., Carl (Cindy) Johnson of Newally, Okla., Carol (Danny) Borgognoni of Clarksdale, Miss.; 13 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley House, and Priciall Stewart of Lompoc, Calif.
Memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church in Senatobia.

Matilda P. Johnson
Matilda P. Johnson, 75, of Como, Miss., died November 15, 2012. Funeral services were held at 12 noon Saturday, November 24, at Cherry Street M.B. Church in Como. Burial followed at Liberty Hill. Felix Cauthen Funeral Home in Senatobia had charge of the arrangements.
She is survived by her daughters, Lizze Price, Sadie Mabry, Effie Jones, and Annie Young, all of Como; sons, Joe Pratcher and Mott Young, III, both of Como; sisters, Ethel Mae Gross of Sardis, Jessie Mae Young of Como, Sadie Mae Black of Sardis; brothers, Andy Farmer and Irzear Farmer, both of Como; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.

Q. D. Massey, 77 passed away Friday, November 16, 2012.
He was a retiree of the Tate County School District.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 23 at 11 a.m. at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church, 3432 Highway 306, Coldwater, Miss.
He leaves a loving wife, Winnie; two daughters, Monica and Sophia; a son, Delmus (Krystal); two sisters, Lisberth (Winston) Spicer and Nurlene Barnett; six brothers: H. C. (Betty), T. J. (Wordie), Bolton (Juanita), Truman, Abel (Louise) and Chester, Jr. (Doris); two sisters-in-law: Donnie Massey and Leslie Massey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Julious, Archie and Vernon Massey.
N.J. Ford Funeral Home in Memphis, Tenn. had charge of the arrangements.
Norma Lou Redd
Norma Lou Redd, 64, of Sardis, Miss., passed away November 14, 2012 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis. Services were held Saturday, November 17, at 2:00 p.m. at Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia. Burial followed in Surrette Cemetery in Arkabutla.
She is survived by her husband, Lavern Redd of Sardis; daughter, Donna Redd of Sardis; son, Ricky Redd of Batesville; sisters, Priscilla Sparks of Sardis, Mary Madena of Sardis, Liz Leonard of Crenshaw, and Ann Moore of Gulfport, Miss.; brothers, Charles Lane of Savage, Miss., and Whim O'Neal of Sardis; 10 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
