Eva Ardesser Franks Eva "Deckie" Ardesser Franks, 86, of Arkabutla, Miss., passed away January 29, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto. Services were held Friday, February 1, at 12 noon at Arkabutla United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Burial followed in Surrette Cemetery. Tonya Chaney Frazier Tonya Chaney Frazier, 40, of Sarah, Miss., passed away January 24, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto. Services were held Saturday, January 26, at 2:00 p.m. at Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia. Burial followed in Longtown Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Bob Frazier, Jr. of Sarah; daughters, Mollie Henson of Enid, Shelby Frazier and Britney Frazier both of Sarah; sons, Jacob Frazier and James Robert Frazier both of Sarah; parents, Melinda and Roy Chaney of Sarah; grandmother, Burdie Chaney of Cleveland; and brother, Jonathan "Bubba" Chaney of Duncan, Miss. Tonya attended Strayhorn Baptist Church. Mimie Jane Hunt Mimie Jane Hunt, 89, of Milwaukee, Wis. formerly of Como, died January 26, 2013. She is survived by two daughters, Ruthie Nelson of Milwaukee, Wis. and Betty Kimmons of Memphis, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Donna Jean Lauing Donna Jean Lauing, 80, of Senatobia, Miss., passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Lauing loved animals, the outdoors, and Bonne's Farm wine. She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Gibbs of Senatobia, Kim Kaechele (Dale) of Elberta, Ala. and Julie Doyle of Biloxi; one son, Lance Lauing of Senatobia; nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Dell Lauing. Graveside services were held on Tuesday, January 29 at 11:00 a.m. in Pine Log Cemetery in Brooklyn, Arkansas. Cindy Gilbert O'Neal Cindy Gilbert O'Neal of Ridgeland, Miss., died on Monday, January 28, 2013, at her home in Ridgeland, Miss. Mrs. O'Neal was formerly of Clarksdale, Miss. where she owned a dance studio and taught dance for 18 years. She was a former social worker in Jonesboro, Ark. and was actively involved with the American Red Cross during Hurricane Katrina. She was an animal lover and a loving wife and mother who will be missed dearly. She is survived by her husband, Trey O'Neal of Ridgeland, Miss.; three sons, Andrew Bryant of Oxford, Miss., Carter Bryant (Brooke) and Baily Bryant, both of Sledge, Miss. and one brother, Thomas Rowe (Pamela) of Jonesboro, Ark. She was preceded in death by her parents, Uler Jenkins Gilbert and Barbara Ramsey Gilbert. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Longtown Cemetery near Crenshaw, Miss. Tom Rushing Tom Rushing, 89, of Buena Vista Lakes in Hernando, formerly of Senatobia, passed away January 29, 2013 at his residence. Services were held Thursday, January 31 at 3:00 p.m. at Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia. Burial followed in Thyatira Cemetery. He is survived by his sons, Howard Thomas Rushing of Olive Branch, and Robert L. Rushing of Buena Vista Lakes in Hernando; sisters, Imogene Terry of Senatobia, and Nona Graham of Jackson; brothers, Max Rushing of Mississippi, and Gerald Rushing of Senatobia; three grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Mr. Rushing was a member of the Church of Christ. Delores Anne Stewart Delores Anne Stewart, 72, of Independence, Miss., passed away January 28, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services were held Thursday, January 31, at 12:00 noon at the Thyatira Church of Christ. Burial followed in Mt. Zion Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Walter R. Stewart; daughter, Suzanne Brown (Paul) of Independence; sons, Bobby Stewart of Brandon, and Brian Sanders Stewart (Sandy) of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; sister, Judy Williams (Paul) of Independence; sister-in-law, Diane Sanders of Lake Cormorant; and grandchildren, Katie Brown, Madelynn C. Stewart and Macy C. Stewart. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Harris Sanders.
